Noirmoutier in a few:
This island of the Atlantic Ocean located in the northwest of the Vendee and connected to the mainland by the Passage du Gois, a real "under the sea road " emblematic of the Vendée is also accessible by a bridge since 1971. Stretching over 48 Km2, it is made up of a rocky islet to the north, salt marshes to the south and a dune cord connecting these two ends and offering diverse landscapes to be discovered by bike, the island being a real paradise for lovers of bicycle with its 80 km of bike paths!
When should we come?
All year ! Because the climate of the island is particularly mild thanks to the influence of the Atlantic Ocean - just ideal for a holiday in Noirmoutier. Thus, winters are not very cold and summers temperate with not less than 2,100 hours of sun each year including 550 for the months of July and August.
